Under section 14(4) of the Act the CDA acting as landlord, is empowered to grant leases of lands and/or buildings located on the peninsula.

• Applications for leases are evaluated according to the Authority Tenancy Assessment System and the Authority has the discretion to grant an option to renew for a further term, not exceeding thirty (30) years.

• Lease rental rates are derived from the application of economic capital recovery rates to the valve of the property as determined by licensed evaluators.
