As part of its tourism thrust in providing services to its myriad of visitors as well as business opportunities to the citizenry, the Chaguaramas Development Authority (CDA) is issuing an Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking submissions from suitably qualified persons/entities to operate concessions for Vending Booths at the Chaguaramas Boardwalk Phase 2.
Concessionaires’ business must include the sale of food and/or drinks. Concessionaires will be responsible for fully outfitting and operating the Vending Booths to facilitate their business and are also expected to undertake full promotion of their business to capture a wide and sustainable customer base.
The intention of the CDA is to identify a shortlist of persons/entities to submit a proposal for selection. Interested proponents must send an email to cda.procurement@chaguaramas.com to request a copy of the invitation documents and also to register as a proponent.
A mandatory site visit to the Vending Booths will be conducted. Only registered proponents will be allowed to attend. Subsequent to attending the site visit, proponents will be given the necessary invitation / proposal documents.
The site visit to the Vending Booths will be conducted on March 25th 2025 at 10:30 am at the Vending Circular at the Boardwalk Phase 2, Western Main Road, Chaguaramas.
Relatives of current employees are not eligible to apply.
Submissions must include an original and two (2) copies of the EOI and must be submitted no later than 3pm on April 11th 2025 Responses received after the required submission time will not be eligible for consideration.

Concessionaires’ business must include the sale of food and drinks. Concessionaires will be responsible for fully operating the Vending Trailers to facilitate their business and are also expected to undertake full promotion of their business to capture a wide and sustainable customer base.
